Guru Sahib gave his followers a new greeting : WAHE GURU JI KA KHALSA, WAHE GURU JI KI FATEH (The Khalsa belongs to God and victory is of God). The Khalsa was designed to be an army of winners, fearless and pure in service of God and man. The Khalsa was created as a Divine dynamic force to lead the hyman race to strive forever to achieve excellence in human relationship for establishing a society of equals without any discrimination of caste, creed and country.
Guru Sahib had given the common epthet Singh (Lion) to male and Kaur to female.
Guru Sahib gave them their own personality with beard and hair with turban on. Guru Sahib prescribed Five Kakar ? Kesh, Kanga, Kara, Kirpan and Kachha. Guru Sahib further inspired in them the belief that they are born to conquer. It was a Baisakhi day in 1699 at Anandpur that Guru Sahib laid down the foundation of the Khalsa Panth and appointed five beloved ones (Panj Pyaras). Guru Sahib created Khalsa whom he called Akal Purakh Ki Fauj (The Army of God). Consequently Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib marched to Delhi where he was martyred in 1675 at Chandni Chowk (Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib). This shows his sincerity of purpose and spirit of self sacrifice. Guru Gobind Rai (Childhood name) asked his father who was more suitable than him for this sacrifice. The Guru Sahib remarked that only the supreme sacrifice made by a pious soul could protect them. When Guru Sahib was only nine years old, Kashmiri Pandit approached his father Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib to save Hindu dharma. Even as a child Guru Sahib considered no price too great to pay for one?s principles. Guru Sahib displayed extraordinary courage at a critical period of his life.
Guru Sahib was a great thinker, a writer, a philosopher, a soldier and a saint. Guru Sahib was founder of an secular ethical socialistic democracy and tried to remove castism. Guru Sahib ushered in a new era of hope and rising spirit. At that time India was politically divided and religiously degenerated. There was a big turn out of Sangat and all the Sangat started doing Jakare.Guru Gobind Singh Ji was born in Samvat 1723 at patna. Sant Ji also said that as from today, Damdami Taksal’s Jathedar will be Bhai Thakur Singh Ji. Sant Ji also said to the government that to put hancuffs on them and take them but to leave the Singh’s alone. Sant Ji spoke that they are fully against this matter. Baba Thakur Singh Ji Khalsa tied the Dastar on Sant Giani Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale.Īt Bir Baba Budha Ji, Sant Ji was doing parchaar and they where taking about Naujawan Singh’s that the government kill and are ruining their lives. Sant Giani Kartar Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale told Baba Thakur Singh Ji Khalsa “that your incharge of Damdami Taksal, its your responsibility to give the Dastar to the next Jathedar”. Sant Ji was cremated at Gurdwara Gurdarshan Parkash. Sant Giani Kartar Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale passed away on 16th August 1977. Sant Ji didn’t let no one cut their hair from their body, not even to get better from their injuries.
Sant Ji said, while rubbing their hand over their chest, that the doctors can cut of their head but they can’t cut any of their hair off. But the doctors said that they will have to do an operation and cut some hair off from Sant Ji. All the Akali leaders came to visit Sant Ji in hospital, and the Singh’s told the hospital staff that to make sure Sant Ji gets better, and they will give whatever it costs. Sant Giani Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa read Gurbani for Sant Giani Kartar Singh Ji Khalsa in hospital. Sant Ji then got taken to C.M.C hospital in Ludhiana, on arrival Sant Ji asked some Singh’s to go and bring Sant Giani Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa. When they got to Ludhiana they had a car accident and Sant Ji got badly injured, but Bhai Gurmukh Singh Ji Garvai didn’t get any injuries.

During the journey Sant Ji got the driver to stop the car and Sant Ji swapped places in the car with Bhai Gurmukh Singh Ji Garvai. In the car, next to Sant Ji was Bhai Gurmukh Singh Ji Garvai. “The Rivers And Streams Which Separate May Sometime Be United Again” So when they set of from Village Malseea, they obviously knew what’s going to happen, so before they sat in the car, Sant Ji said a pangti which was : Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale once told Sant Giani Kartar Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale that they have got a short life but in their short life they will have to do a lot of work. Sant Ji said that they havn’t got hukkam from Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji Khalsa to go to Shimla, but the Singh kept on doing benti to Sant Ji so after a while Sant Ji said to the Singh that they will go to Shimla. A Singh did benti to Sant Ji that they wanted them to go to Shimla.
